Terms and Conditions

  1. Reservation and Payment: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card or advance payment. Cancellations must be made within 10 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
  2. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 12:00 p.m., and check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. . Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, with additional charges applicable.
  3. Occupancy and Age Restrictions: Maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests for Deluxe AC Room and Cottages and 9 guests for 7-Bed AC Room. Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation or stay at the hotel.
  4. Pets Policy: Pets are not permitted on the premises.
  5. Facilities and Amenities: Guests have access to Free Wifi, Swimming pool. Additional charges may apply for certain services or amenities.
  6. Liability and Responsibility: The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to guests' belongings. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay.
  7. Privacy Policy: Guest information is collected and used in accordance with our privacy policy, available upon request. Personal information is protected and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  8. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government regulations, the hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations as necessary.
  9. Compliance with Rules and Regulations: Guests are expected to comply with hotel rules and regulations, including noise restrictions and respectful behavior towards staff and other guests.
  10. Grievances and Complaints: Guests are encouraged to address any grievances or complaints promptly with hotel management. Contact information is available at the front desk.
  11. Modification of Terms: The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with notice to guests.
  12. Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify the hotel against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their stay or violation of terms.
  13. Termination of Stay: The hotel reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay for reasons including but not limited to misconduct, non-payment, or violation of hotel policies.
  14. Outside Food Policy: Outside food is not allowed on the premises. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the dining options provided by the resort's restaurant.
  15. Swimming Pool Attire: Guests must wear appropriate swimming attire when using the swimming pool facilities. Management reserves the right to deny pool access to those not dressed accordingly. Pool hours: 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily.
  16. Towel Policy: Towels provided by the hotel are for use within the premises only. Guests are prohibited from taking towels outside the hotel premises. Any violation will result in a fine of ₹500 per towel.
  17. Lost Key Charges: In case of lost or misplaced room keys, guests will be charged a replacement fee of ₹500 per key to cover the cost of rekeying and replacement.
